Job Description

  • Position: Customer Service Assistant (Reception)
  • Location: Promenade
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:45 am – 6 pm)
  • Salary: Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and greet clients in a professional manner
  • Take messages for clients and deliver them straight to their phones, via voicemail or written notes
  • Handle filing, general administrative matters, and take charge of receptionist duties
  • Ensure that all billing is completed immediately and accurately in the time sheet and that all cleaning or handyman issues are recorded in the appropriate books
  • Handle complaints and compliments

  • At least O Level certificate
