Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression for our aesthetic clinic. Manage appointment scheduling with precision, optimizing clinician time and client convenience. Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear and helpful information about services. Process payments accurately and efficiently, managing cash, credit card, and package deals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; aesthetic or medical administrative coursework is a plus. Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably within a medical or beauty-related industry. A minimum of 1-2 years of direct client-facing customer service experience. Proficiency in clinic management software and standard office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
