Job Description
We are working with a growing HVAC business based in Carlton, near Hurstville, who are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their office team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience who enjoys a busy, hands-on role supporting customers, technicians and the wider office team. You will be working alongside another administrator in a small, supportive team, helping with scheduling, customer enquiries, invoicing and general day-to-day office support.
About the role:
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Managing emails and general customer communication
- Scheduling service jobs for technicians using ServiceM8
- Working closely with the operations team, PM/Estimator and business owners
