Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a friendly, organised and professional Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator to join a well-established company based in Gloucester.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering consistent Monday to Friday working hours and full training. The successful candidate will provide general reception and administrative support and will act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls to the appropriate person
* Welcoming visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Signing visitors in and showing them to meeting rooms
