Your mission, roles and responsibilities
As the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor, you will manage the internal flow of parts from receipt to shipping, ensuring customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment, human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also collaborate with quality, production, and engineering functions to maintain smooth and optimal plant operations.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
- Experience in production or logistics within an industrial setting.
- English language required.
- Knowledge of logistics tools and systems (e.g., MRP, FIFO, MPM).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
