Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Receiving Inspector, Quality Control in the Electro-Mechanical Industry in Ottawa, Ontario. The Receiving Inspector performs product inspection and audits of quality control programs, including packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling/testing of incoming components and raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repetitive inspections of products and materials against known standards, procedures, and checklists
• Identify and segregate non-conforming material
• Read assembly and process documentation
• Possess working knowledge of IPC 610 Standard
• Work with engineering to implement process improvement
• Identify, read/interpret, and apply complex ECO modifications or other instructions
• Conduct process audits in manufacturing
• Record data on a daily basis
