Job Description
Our client is a leading coffee company with a strong presence in the FMCG industry. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy, market growth, and promotional campaigns, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
- Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payment.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status, ageing, and collections to senior management.
- Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to accounts receivable.
