Real Estate Team Leader

We're looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for leading a team of real estate agents, driving sales performance, and playing an active role in Dubai's fast-paced off‑plan and secondary market.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to consistently hit and exceed targets
• Oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and post‑sale relationship management
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing regular coaching and performance reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and key stakeholders
• Stay ahead of market trends, new project launches, and Dubai Land Department regulations
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, lead strategies, and listing exposure
• Recruit and onboard new talent into the team as the business scales
