Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Lawyer to join its Structured Finance team on an interim basis. The role sits within a highly specialised Real Estate Finance practice focused on structured debt transactions.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a lawyer who can operate with minimal supervision, quickly integrate into an active practice, and contribute immediately to complex financing transactions.
Key Requirements
Essential Experience
Mid-senior PQE or equivalent experience
Strong background in the following areas: Securitisation Asset-backed finance Real estate loan finance Structured debt Structured products 
Ability to independently manage drafting and transaction documentation.
Proven experience working on sophisticated financing transactions.
Recent hands-on experience drafting and negotiating complex finance documents.
