You've built a team. You know how to sell. Now lead where it matters — at PHirst Park Homes, one of the fastest-growing horizontal housing brands in the Philippines. We're looking for a battle-tested Real Estate Sales Manager to own and grow our PHirst Calauan project.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full leadership role — you own the sales performance of PHirst Calauan in Laguna. You'll have full authority to build, manage, and develop a team of Sales Executives, with the full support of PHirst's marketing, training, and project teams behind you. Your mission: move units, build community, and deliver results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 Sales Executives to consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets
• Drive unit sales for PHirst Calauan — set goals, track performance, and hold the team accountable
