Real Estate Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Senior Project Manager to manage all aspects of the construction of our new Ottawa Innovation Campus. Reporting to the Real Estate Large Scale Projects Lead, the Real Estate Senior PM will coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and local authorities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in large-scale project execution (having managed projects exceeding $100M+ CAD total value), have deep knowledge of design and construction processes, and be adept at managing complex budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations. Experience in delivering Multiphase corporate campus or mission critical environments is considered an asset. Experience acting as an owner’s representative or client-side project lead preferred.
