Job Description

Monroe is seeking an experienced Real Estate Professional with a strong background in office leasing to join our Esteemed Client's growing property team. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who understands the dynamics of office markets, tenant needs, and long-term leasing strategies. 
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end office leasing activities, including marketing, negotiations, and deal closures
Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and corporate clients
Conduct market analysis on rental trends, competitor properties, and tenant demand
Prepare leasing proposals, LOIs, and lease agreements in coordination with legal teams
Support asset owners in positioning office buildings to remain competitive in the market
