Responsibilities
- Manage 50+ listings per month, frequently switching between assets at different stages of readiness
- Manage and coordinate 3rd party service and rehab vendors
- Draft, review, and maintain MLS listings and related documentation
- Order, schedule, coordinate and close out 3rd party services vendors based on SLAs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for 3rd party services vendors, field agents, and internal partners
