Real Estate Debt - Rotational Analyst, Based in Hong Kong

Program Highlights

This is a 2-year rotational program. As part of the program, you will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to the APAC Real Estate Debt investment platform, with rotations across different functions within the team. Upon successful completion of the program, final placement will be based on your rotational experience, performance and overall business needs.

The rotational assignments may vary, but could include the following groups and teams:

+ Financial modelling ofvarious investment vehicles managed by the team.This will coverreturns,equitycommitments, cashflows, liquidity and risk sensitivities across vehicles and transactions.

+ Financial modelling ofloan investment opportunities, in particular sensitivity and scenario analysis across risk and returns, due diligence on the underlying projects/assets and market research.
