Key Outputs Disassemble, inspect, evaluate, and assemble components to OEM standard.
Compile accurate component analysis and reports
Maintain professional image when representing BWE
Warranty remans returns
Compile component condition / failure reports
Safety Orientated
Repair and maintain CAT equipment Qualification, Experience And Competencies Matric or equivalent
Qualified in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) NQF 3
Component specific technical knowledge and skills
Sound interpersonal and communication skills and basic technical report writing
Basic business and financial understanding
Computer Literacy (SIS, STW & ET) knowledge
Component rebuilding experience – minimum 5 years
Applicable product knowledge
Drivers licence – Code C1
Understanding of supplier warranty systems, policies & procedures
Engine Dyno experience as an advantage
