Objective of the job:

To provide general legal and compliance support service to Mercedes-Benz South Africa Ltd (MBSA) and to various companies within the MBSA group of companies, with regard to competition law, insurance law, product liability, consumer law, corporate and commercial law, finance, credit regulations and general regulatory environment, in compliance with MBSA's Integrity and Anti-Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E tasks and duties and to inform line manager about deviations.
