R&D Scientist (Xico)

Role: R&D Scientist for LATAM beverages, responsible for formula development from bench‑to‑commercialization, coordination with cross‑functional teams and ensuring regulatory, quality and performance requirements are met.

• Conduct stability testing or shelf‑life studies, run analytical work, sensory evaluation, and work with external laboratories.
• Document and manage formulation details in FSS system, including new raw materials and acceptance tests.
• Coordinate pilot‑plant testing and support bottlers and operations during scale‑up and manufacturing.
• Meet project success criteria, including time, quality and performance metrics aligned with AOP and General Innovation Brief.
• Maintain laboratory facilities, raw‑material inventories and laboratory supplies, ensuring the work area, shelf‑life chambers and storage rooms are orderly and free of expired samples.
