R&d project engineer (production technology)

Job Description: Design, develop, and optimize automation systems, robotics solutions, and production equipment Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturability and production efficiency Support factory layout planning and process improvement initiatives Lead testing, commissioning, and implementation of new production technologies Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance Skills & Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, robotics, or process engineering Strong CAD/CAM proficiency and practical experience with PLCs, automation systems, or robotics Exposure to modular construction, off-site manufacturing, or advanced production environments is advantageous Programming experience in languages such as Python, C++, or similar Hands‑on prototyping, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities Strong analytical mindset with a ...
