 Summary: The Istanbul Juice satellite lab, located in Istanbul is a satellite lab, associated to the Coca-Cola Company’s Research and Development Center based in Belgium, overseeing the development of new beverages and retail equipment innovation for Europe, Eurasia, Middle East and Africa.
We are looking for a R&D intern to assist all R&D activities in laboratory in product development, innovation, reformulation and value optimization projects, mainly in the juice category.
Key responsibilities:
Manage operational activities in the lab including ingredient & expenditure stock replenishment, sample shipment coordination, equipment maintenance plans, Order ingredients to conduct lab trials etc.
Support in the development of prototypes at lab scale
Conduct laboratory analyses of ingredients and beverages.
Measure analytical properties of prototypes
