R&D Ice Cream Mix Design Manager (m/f/d)

Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe acquired by Ferrero in 2019, is currently looking for a R&D Ice Cream Mix Design Manager for:

Leading assigned projects (cost saving, derisking, sustainability, mix formulation, etc.)

Guide and define / improve USP and know-how on Ice Cream mixes, in coordination with interested functions (e.g. Ice Cream R&D team) and other technological innovation teams

Collaborate with internal Matter experts (DTS, procurement, open innovation ...) to develop / tune for purpose / raw materials and semi-finished products (new & or already part of the Company portfolio), with the objective of improving organoleptic properties, product structure and identifying opportunities to optimize procurement and costs
