As an R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of new interconnect products and solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment alongside cross-functional teams to bring new technologies and custom solutions to life, meeting the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in the design and development of new connector systems and related components. Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and prototyping. Use CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) for 3D modeling and mechanical simulations. Collaborate with customers and internal teams (Sales, Quality, Production) to develop tailored solutions. Conduct testing and validation in accordance with aerospace, harsh environment, and other applicable standards (e.g., MIL-STD, IPC).
