Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor with formulations.
- Develop and formulate products according to project briefs.
- Optimize existing formulations for improved performance, stability, or compliance with regulatory changes.
- Source and evaluate new or alternative raw materials when required.
- Perform necessary tests, including but not limited to stability testing, packaging compatibility testing, and performance evaluations.
- Support and troubleshoot product quality issues.
- Provide technical support during scale-up, pilot batches, and production.
- Ensure that formulations comply with regulatory standards.
- Work closely with other departments such as product development, regulatory, sales, QA/QC and production.
- Maintain a good document control system for formulation and other technical information.
