Job Description
- Position: R&D Chef
- Location: Bedok
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

- Research and develop new menu items, recipes, and food products
- Conduct food trials, testing, and product evaluations
- Standardize recipes and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Calculate food costs and optimize recipes to meet budget requirements
- Source and evaluate ingredients, suppliers, and food trends
- Work closely with Operations, Kitchen, and Management teams on product launches
