Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the RandD department.
- Lead new product development and improve existing mattress products.
- Evaluate and test new raw materials and components.
- Coordinate product development projects and ensure they are completed on time.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and suppliers.
- Provide technical support for production and resolve product-related issues.
- Improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
