Raw Material Buyer (Textiles)

Key responsibilities - Raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials in line with production schedules and stock requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP or stock management systems.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure on-time material availability.
- Communicate daily with internal teams including Production, Warehouse, and Planning to align material supply with operational needs.
- Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, delays, and stock issues promptly.
- Maintain supplier contact information, lead times, and order history in the system.
