Raw material buyer (textiles)

Key responsibilities Raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials in line with production schedules and stock requirements. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages or excess stock. Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP or stock management systems. Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure on-time material availability. Communicate daily with internal teams including Production, Warehouse, and Planning to align material supply with operational needs. Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, delays, and stock issues promptly. Maintain supplier contact information, lead times, and order history in the system. Follow internal procurement procedures and maintain compliance with quality and operational standards.
