Position Overview

StaffPoint seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for Lapland Hotels SnowVillage for the winter season .

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth service for guests during the winter season.
• Update and manage work schedules.
• Oversee inventory management and monthly stocktaking.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Start date: 23 November 2026.
• End date: approximately 4 April 2027.
• Full-time hours: 112.5 hours per 3-week period.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to work in a busy environment.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Holding serving and hygiene certificates.
