Purpose Identify and manage biosecurity risks within the Carrathool Shire through property inspections, community education, and enforcement of compliance with relevant legislation. Control high-risk weeds using appropriate measures, monitor and address breaches of Council policies and legislation, and provide regulatory services in areas such as litter, companion animals, parking, noise, and clean air control.
