Our client

is seeking a Railway Technical Advisor to support their activities on the Main Line-1 (ML-1) project in Pakistan. This is an intermittent contract assignment with 50 Work Days spanning from 20July 2026 to December 2027. This Job will close on 9 July 2026. The Railway Technical Advisor will provide high-level technical, operational, and strategic advisory support to the Project Team throughout the preparation, procurement, and early implementation of the ML‑1 project. The assignment will involve reviewing and assessing technical outputs prepared by the DED and PRF consultants, providing independent expert advice on the adequacy, consistency, and fitness-for-purpose of proposed solution, and supporting the client in key technical and strategic decisions.
