Job Description

The Rail Performance Manager leads the development and management of rail engineering performance and reliability workstreams across all Heathrow Rail Business Units (Heavy and Light Rail). These include the oversight of operational performance, delay attribution, key industry systems such as TRUST, Bugle, FRACAS and Maximo. The rail aims to drive continuous improvement by applying best practice to enhance operational performance, asset reliability, as well as process, system and capability improvements.
Please note this role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Refine and operate robust rail performances systems 
Manage contractual and performance regimes with Network Rail and Train Operating Companies (TOCs) 
Monitor, audit and improve delay attribution quality, resolving Level 2 and 3 disputes and communicating with key stakeholder
