Description: MRI Tech operates magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physicians. They prepare and position patients, ensure safety protocols are followed, and screen for any contraindications to MRI scanning. The tech monitors image quality, adjusts scanner settings as needed, and assists with contrast administration. They also maintain equipment, document procedures, and provide clear communication to ensure a comfortable patient experience.
