Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the QSR General Manager on all aspects of management.
• Monitor budget to ensure efficient operations and that expenditures stay within budget limitations.
• Ensure guest experience standards are consistently met.
• Make schedules and submit payroll for staff, with approval of the QSR General Manager.
• Hire, assign, train, motivate, evaluate and terminate employees as necessary.
• Document, investigate and resolve employee and guest incidents.
• Estimate food and beverage needs, requisition or purchase supplies and equipment, and receive and check orders to ensure they adhere to specifications.
