Role Requirements Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Relevant qualification within Hospitality, Food Services, Retail, or related field will be advantageous Minimum 6 8 years experience within a QSR, food retail, hospitality, or fuel retail environment Strong operational management and leadership experience Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Strong stock control and cost management abilities Good financial management and cash handling experience Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements Strong people management and staff development capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment Strong administrative and reporting skills Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
