Job Description
- Assist in preparation of tender submissions, BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing summaries.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope, risks, and cost implications.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for comparison and compliance.
- Compile and prepare technical-commercial proposals for submission.
- Maintain cost database, vendor records, and tender tracking logs.
- Prepare interim progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
- Verify subcontractor claims, quotations, and payment applications.
- Conduct cost analysis and track project budgets against actual expenditures.
- Support the preparation of contractual correspondences, claims, and EOT justifications.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for cost and contract reporting.
- Maintain proper records of all contractual documentation and approvals.
