We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor Civil  to manage cost estimation tender preparation and contract evaluation for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids analyzing project costs and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs cost estimates and tender documentation for oil & gas projects.
• Analyze project specifications scope and contract terms for bid preparation.
• Evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
• Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities.
• Assist in contract negotiations bid clarifications and final submissions .
