Quantity Surveyors - Bound to Riyadh, KSA

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze project cost estimates and budgets.
• Manage tender processes and evaluate bids from contractors.
• Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure financial feasibility of projects.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or any related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction costing, contracts, project management, and risk control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Power BI and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
