**Job Description:**
The **Quantity Surveyor** is part of the site based team and will be providing all necessary assistance to the team with respect to all commercial aspects and contractual matters in the project. The Quantity Surveyor measures work, checks Contractor's payment applications, assists in the evaluation of variations and claims, and maintains accurate commercial records in accordance with the Conditions of Contract , project specifications, and the requirements of the Client and relevant Dubai authorities (RTA, DM, DEWA).
