Responsibilities

• Establish a cost analysis file for approved and activated projects. Assist in verifying purchase requisitions submitted by Project Engineers/Managers against the budget, highlighting discrepancies and obtaining approval prior to PO issuance by Procurement. Support Project Managers in procurement and subcontracting matters. Analyze and validate progress claims, variation claims, and subcontractor claims presented by Project Managers. Certify and evaluate progress claims from subcontractors, coordinating with management before releasing payment certificates. Monitor project costs and provide regular updates on project status.
