Job Description
Job Scope 1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for façade projects.
- Analyze drawings and specifications to determine project costs.
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
- Assist in tender submissions and contract administration.
- Take off quantities from drawings for façade works.
- Monitor project costs and ensure expenses remain within budget.
- Prepare and submit progress claims to clients.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims.
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Identify and prepare variation order (VO) claims.
- Negotiate and finalize variation costs with clients and consultants.
