Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a diligent and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The role involves managing all contractual and financial aspects of building improvement, addition, and alteration projects, ensuring financial health, cost control, and contractual compliance from inception to final settlement.

• Prepare detailed cost plans and preliminary estimates to establish project feasibility and budgets.
• Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without compromising quality or function.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BQs), specifications, and schedules of rates.
