- Provide competitive quotation with profit sheet
- Prepare quotations, including analyzing and evaluating for costing of tender
- Prepare purchase orders for materials and parts and monitor delivery schedule for on time shipments
- Able to plan and provide preliminary work schedule as required
- Ability in sourcing and organizing and quotations from all related sub-trades
- Check off quantity for tender and on-going projects
- Handles work-in-progress monitoring and progress cliams submissions
- Handle payment request received from subcontractors and suppliers
- Sourcing/enquiring, compile quotation and prepare cost analysis
- Preparation of specifications and bills of quantities
- Maintain proper and complete set of contract documents
- Manage project changes with documentation and issue Variation orders accordingly throughout the contract period
