Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Support tender pricing, submissions, and presentations.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review contracts and identify discrepancies or risks.
- Manage variation orders (VOs), progress claims, and final accounts.
- Assess and certify subcontractor claims.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure project delivery.
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in Singapore.
- Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or plant-related projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of plants and landscaping materials is an advantage.
