Quantity Surveyor

Element has an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business. This role is based in Johor Bahru.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals during the tender stage, including bills of quantities, material quantities, and taking off quantities.
• Attend site show round, site visit, tender briefing and seek clarifications with the respective client/consultant if any.
• Study details and discuss with management, attend tender interviews, including method statement and technical proposal presentation, and tender clarification.
• Handle manpower and resources budgeting, monthly monitoring, review and update.
• Prepare pricing of bill of quantity and re-measurement works.
