Job Description
We are working with a family owned business that work on high value complex industrial programmes and as such we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team working on a large project in North Yorkshire. This project forms part of a significant long‑term investment in critical UK infrastructure and manufacturing capability. It involves heavy civils, specialist plant integration and evolving scope, delivered under NEC contracts. This is a technically challenging environment where strong commercial management, attention to detail and the ability to manage change are essential.
