Quantity Surveyor - RC Frame & Groundworks Main Contractor Luxury Residential Sector Permanent: Up to £75,000 + Package Location: Central London We are currently searching for a Quantity Surveyor who specialises in/or has commercial managed RC Frame and Groundworks packages extensively. This role is with a Main Contractor who specialises in ultra-high-end residential projects within Central London. These projects re a combination of new build, cut & carve, refurbishment and listed buildings. The Role: Take commercial responsibility for RC Frame and Groundworks packages from tender stage through to final account settlement. Prepare, manage, and review cost plans, budgets, valuations, variations, and applications for payment across multiple projects. Carry out measurement and take-offs for reinforced concrete and groundwork packages, ensuring accurate cost control and reporting.
