Job Description
We are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract with a strong background in post‑contract work to assist with contractual claims and disputes, price variations, change orders, and payment processing within the real estate development sector for our client based in Dubai, one of the largest semi‑government organizations in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable. The role is within the Contract & Procurement department.
Key responsibilities
- Post‑contract administration and commercial management including but not limited to the following:
- Reviewing and processing variations of consultants and contractors in accordance with the contract.
- Administering variations of consultants and contractors in accordance with the contract.
