Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong industry network with subcontractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
- Stay updated on market price trends and industry developments.
- Oversee ACMV/Electrical tender administration and tendering procedures.
- Develop effective strategies, planning, and control measures for all tendering activities.
- Define the scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
- Prepare and follow up on Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely submission of tender costing and technical data.
- Extract Bill of Quantities from ACMV drawings, point schedules, and architectural plans.
- Compile price comparisons, cost summaries, and technical proposals for tender submissions.
