LTA Project experience

• Study & understand tender drawings & contract documents.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities for tender or variation submission.
• Prepare substantiation documents for claim purposes.
• Ensure tender or VO submission is on time.
• Sourcing quotations from sub‑con and suppliers and carry out comparison of quotations.
• Take off quantities for tenders or site projects.
• Pre‑tender/site project estimates and prepare documentation.

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience with LTA projects.
