Job Description
Overview
Looking for an experienced drylining quantity surveyor to join a London based specialist sub-contractor who have been delivering high quality services for over 35 years. Time will be split between site and office to oversee projects within their drylining division, with values ranging from £50,000 to £4 million.
Outside of drylining, other offered package services include partitioning, plastering, suspended ceilings, carpentry, structural framing and even full fit out packages in some cases. They work with a range of businesses, both Tier 1 and Tier 2, but some of the more notable clients include Laing O'Rourke, BAM, Wates and Mace.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple schemes, ensuring financial control, risk management, and cost certainty across the project lifecycle.
