Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field .
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of Quantity Surveying (QS) experience , preferably in construction, civil, or landscape projects .
• Quantity Surveying Expertise: Proven experience in Bill of Quantities (BQ) preparation, tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration .
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of landscape, civil, and construction works , with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QS software for costing and measurement.
• Financial & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities in cost control, budgeting, and project financial management .
• Work Independence: Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
